Terms of service

All rights to the art I create, including commissions, belong exclusively to me. You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances unless you have my express written permission AND you have paid for the rights to do so. You may not use my art in any published material, even free material, on any online or physical marketplace.In addition, any art I create is my own. Unless exclusive rights are purchased I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose. This includes the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise.Commissioning me means you have agreed to these Terms of Service! Any commission request that violates these terms will be cancelled immediately.100% prepayment via PaypalNo refunds. Please be resolute with your purchase before submitting a requestCompletion time: from 1 week to several month depending on the queue, complexity of the requested drawing and external factors (family or health-related issues)Urgent commissions will have a priority and 1 week deadline (depending on how fast you answer to me) + 50% of the base pricePlease, provide clear and detailed visual references (pics from Pinterest, reference sheets etc.) I won't accept written-only descriptions!You will receive a JPG file in high resolution with a small watermark (I do this to protect my work from stealing, so please respect my work and don’t ask me to remove it).

FREE REVISIONSThumbnailing: up to 1 major revision (eg. changing the pose, perspective, light, background, etc)
Sketching and base coloring: up to 2 minor revisions each (adding/editing small details that were incorrect from the original character design/concept)
Revisions prompted by me will not be considered one of the above revisions (If I send you pictures asking about a change/suggestion that came to mind on my own)

If you exceed the limit of changes, I will charge you extra € 10-20 for each edit depending on the difficultyNO REVISIONS once I start shading

Additional fees

Resolution 3000x3000px, 300 dpi.
(may vary depending on the composition, but mainly will stay around this size).ADDITIONAL FEES.+50% if it's urgent
+25% extras (eg. props, tattoos etc.)
+25% complex/my design (eg. genshin characters) per character
+100% additional character (up to 3)
+15% if you wanna keep the commission private (I won't post it on socials, but it'll still be considered as my work).FOR COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONS.The following fees are based on the total cost of the base price plus any add ons.Use for Resale: +50% of total price (Applies to products, marketing, or streams)Exclusivity/NDA: +200% of total price each.
